     The City Commission approve a resolution that accepts grant funding for the Time 4 Kids Program as well as appropriate funds for the administration of the program by ASP, Inc.

Description of Action

     The City has been awarded a grant for an afterschool program at Collins Elementary School.  The City has contracted with ASP, Inc. to provide program services and administration for the program.
